This is getting no where near the fanfare it deserves. Fvv is as significant as when we traded for cp3. He is not as good as prime cp3 who is a hofer, mvp candidate, but he is just as good as the version we got.

Yeah, you can talk stats or roles all you want, FVV carried them for parts where Lowry didn't bring it and vice versa. FVV was a BIG PIECE. If he doesn't come alive after his son's birth against the Bucks in game 3 /4, you best believe the Bucks take that series.
Im guessing a lot of people did not watch the Raptors without Lowry. I hope Im wrong and his arrival combined with Udoka can make a difference correlated with the investment. But FVV was the starting PG of a team that could not score. Maybe our young guns are better scorers that Toronto's. Who knows? But I hate maxing out smaller guys, and if those guys are not top 10 scorers, I hate it even more.
