We need to hire JVG as our GM before it's too late

Yeah man i remember that.

Like i said at the time - those were all in-season vet min pick-ups. It cost the Rockets literally nothing to sign these guys to fill out the roster.

FWIW the McGrady trade was the big move that happened while JVG was here.

That said i doubt JVG has any desire to be a GM so who cares.
