Yet another reason to stop watching espn. He was one of the only things left they had going for them.

Media changing drastically in this era. Too few people watching television.

It really is time for the NBA to not even negotiate with ESPN and look at NBC in particular to take their stake in the game.

Yes she is. I'm going to blow your mind right now. Suzy Kolber is almost 60 years old!

I don't know if he'd be down with the travel of away games but I wish he'd do home games 100%

Would make the games infinitely more watchable and he'd finally get to talk about the Astros and Texans in a 25 point blowout without the other guys shaming him for it.

One door closes and hopefully another opens for JVG in H-Town baby!

Tilman: If you want to look really smart, hire JVG in some capacity for our team. Whether it's Potentate of BBall Ops or Color Commentator for games, he'll be solid gold for your franchise and some of the best money you've spent on this team. Just do it, DAMMIT!!!

Van Gundy used to be good but I feel like in a lot of ways the game has left him behind. Need fresh blood.

ESPN/ABC/Disney has been a disaster with the NBA. I have no clue what they are doing anymore and they broadcasted the NBA draft like it was amateur hour.

JVG is too good and will land on his feet somewhere. I'd really enjoy having even some games back on NBA on NBC also.

Excellent idea. That would go a long way towards improving my opinion of Ferntits.

Saw that Jalen Rose was also laid off. That's many quality people without a job.
