Of course this thread sux. You just can't win against George Bush's supporters. People are looking for a better future but people who supported George W Bush wants the world to go to hell.
I'm not typically a GWB supporter, but I am anti-Kerry and anti-media bias, in which the AP misquoted Bush. Part of the world is already in Hell. Look at the D&D thread entitled, "Gay Marriage Arguments" in which Sane (I think) is speaking from out-of-the US and saying that he follows the Islamic-religion and that leads him to believe that homosexuals deserve death. The world is not going to go to hell because of a US President, but because of a conflict of religions.
You're partially wrong on that and need to look back to the history on LEADERS. Not always true. A good and dedicated president knows how to balance himself and creates positives not negatives. Religious is just an excuse and isn;t written in stone. The problem with some Islamic religion like the guy Sane for instant is the word I use is "suppress". That totally p!sses off one of my muslim friend when I told him that because it's totally true to certain extent.

Saad, since you are a junior member I will be nice and try and explain this in a pleasant way. The Hangout is for light hearted stuff (mostly) and Debate and Discuss is for articles that result in poo flinging. The reason for this divide is because the Hangout started to get overrun... Politics, Religion, Race? Not here - Take that to "Debate & Discussion" BBS Hangout: Debate & Discussion Monkeys flinging poo at each other. Politics, Religion, Race and other heated topics you wouldn't fire away on in polite conversation. Not for the weak of heart, but keep it civilized or you'll get the heave.
