With nothing rumored anywhere about the Rox these days and with an unbalanced roster, perhaps the answer is Howard. Or Gaines. Or Lue. The 60 day rule. Is there an already agreed to deal including any of the TMc gang? I am confident this is not a finished roster, and I am anxious to see who is out there when the ball is tossed in Detroit.
I suspect the same thing. At least one of the guys recently acquired whose last name does not begin with "Mc" and end with "Grady" could be involved in a deal to land us what we need. And that means sitting tight for another three or four weeks. (Tough to do.)
I too was just starting to think about this today . It is just unusual to not hear one thing at this point, that it has to make you wonder if one or more of those guys will be packaged in a deal and that something is at least semi agreed upon. Otherwise, I would think that we would hear about them going after some of the cheap free agents still available. I hope, whatever it is, that it is good and be worth the wait.
The Rox didn't pick Jimmy Jackson until September last year. I have no problem waiting, if we can a starter like him
