A lot of people have that mentality. It's letting emotions overriding rational thinking. It is there in human nature since the beginning of time. But contemporary social media has taken it to a much higher level.
Yeah, certainly. That way of thinking is something (and a reality of the world), but spitting it out with no context, nothing that stimulates it, just for the sake of it is something else. Maybe the context is, he wants to have Sengun traded and he knows it is not considered smart by most posters here, and that sentence provides a way of expressing it.

Where is this from? He didn't attend the combine. Growing an inch or two is good for passing vision, but for rim defense and scoring what matters is the total space he can occupy, meaning standing reach and wingspan.
I truly believe Sengun is gonna explode this year. Go look at his numbers his first 2 years in the league then go look at Jokic’s numbers in his first 2 years. Eerily similar. I’m not saying Sengun is gonna be Joker but I think he will be special. This 3rd year is gonna be must watch.

I am actually not worried about his size that much. Even without growing he can become an average defender as long as he works on his body and other aspects of defense that aren’t related with athleticism. He has the BBIQ and right mentality. He won’t be an elite rim protector. IDGAF. Average is enough as long as he compensates in the other end. The argument of “ Sengun will never be good defensively, because of his size his ceiling is limited” is repeated too much by the people that doubt Sengun. You may not share the idea, but you are blaming the wrong people for the response Sengun’s growth receives. We are not the ones that care about his size. We believe in him. Some of us are overly optimistic, but who cares? It is always better to support a 20 y.o. They are just kids.
I've noticed in Twitter and reddit spaces the most anti-Green commentary comes from Sengun fans. Why is that given how much Green elevstrs Sengun's efficiency? Like always it's some Sengun fan on Twitter being like "aAu bAll, GreEn cHuCker, bUiLd aRoUnD sEnGun" Can you explain this behavior?

If he’s a true 6’11/7’ and his arms grew commensurately to 7’2+ wingspan that’s a positive thing. Add some range on the jumper and body continue to develop that’s a win
