I'm certain there isn't another team in the league that is as poor offensively with this hacky extra innings rule as the Stros. Athletics, Royals, you name it. No way those teams look as bad as we do in extras.

Dubon 1st in Avg and Yainer Diaz 3rd in Avg on the Team and they don't play everyday.

    That is Crazy.

Most of the Team are .230 hitters

Yeah, no, yeah.... There isn't a team in baseball more putrid than the Astros from the 10th inning on.

I think Astros should sell off some of the Players.

Kyle Tucker, Framber Valdez can get you some Prospects. Astros definitely should look into SuperStar Prospects.

Most of the Team are almost Retirement Age or Career Injured McCullers

    Brantley, Abreu, Maldonado

These are the dumbest combination of words put together to form a thought on sports in the history of written language.

I do agree with the notion that dusty needs to stop doing a different lineup every game. I get moving people up in situations like yordan being out for a month but damn, let these dudes get comfortable in their spot. Just plug guys in when resting everyday guys. This offense has no continuity and it’s playing like it. It’s okay to dabble when you have a 10+ game lead, but not when you’re chasing

This team isn't good enough to overcome Dusty like in past years and we all know it.

Its all just part of a 162 game season.

It sucks but it is what it is.

    Tomorrow is another day.

I am optimistic though that Dusty PH for Julks in the 9th.

I can't think of any reason (outside of injury) that a team should PH for its DH. That position should always be among the best hitters on the team.

If Dusty really thought Julks was a good hitter he never would have PH for him.

He's not going anywhere until there is someone to replace him but maybe soon.

Dusty is going to cost us a bye in the playoffs or the playoffs entirely. When your weakness is offense and you keep trotting out the worse hitter on the team and putting one of your most talented hitters on the bench to teach him a life lesson. What lesson are you teaching Julks.

Hey Ryan - I can tell you what is wrong, it’s the same thing almost every time you give up a jack…. You throw the same pitch at the same velocity and in the same location over and over and over…. You had two strikes and then threw three straight sliders in the exact same spot…. The first two were fouled off and the third was hit out.
