I don't know much about Newsom (other than trump jr is now with his ex which is just super odd) but the little I have seen I like, he's quick witted and seems intelligent. The one downside is all the issues Cali seems to have, they have some complex issues that other states have but Cali is always under a microscope with homelessness being at the forefront. Again, this doesnt always equate what a job he`s done but its an easy "gotcha" moment. I hope to see more of Newsom and see how he does, LORD knows we need good candidates and we don't seem to have anyone in the wings and time is not on our side
Honestly, I think he needs a different hair style. He doesn't look like a serious or imposing character with his hair like that. He might also want to consider a beard.
Newsom is a force to be reckoned with as a campaigner and fundraiser. He will have his day in the national spotlight. The trick will be if he can keep his nose clean enough until 2028.
Newsome is a sharp and quick on his feet. He’s also not above picking fights and making big symbolic gestures like his 28th Amendment proposal. He’s also got problems with issues in Ca and things like having dinner at the French Laundry during CA lockdowns.

William Newsom advocated for the kidnappers to be released in 2011, saying no one was seriously injured in the incident.
