Look, if we can't take Tilman Fertitta's word on how to be a good Christian, is anything really true?

I have no dog (or rooster ;) ) in this fight, but....

IIRC (1) he had relationships with a subordinate / travel secretary (whose husband also worked for the Celtics)
    (2) it was consensual (but there was something that he said BEFORE they entered into a intimate relationship)
    (3) they got caught when the wife took a call from Ime that was captured / recorded on a Ring doorbell camera
    (4) Ime ALLEGEDLY (never been denied) also slept with a wife of one of the minority owners of the Celtics (there are like 16 minority owners)

Pass on CP3, he will miss games, just how many. And in the postseason, he can just start vacation in April. Best to save CP3 for his next coaching job with Lebron's next NBA ownership team.

It comes down to leadership. Harden’s a better player, but CP3 is MILES ahead in leadership. I'd be more concerned with Harden quitting on the team after 10 games than CP3 being injured

He got paid a very large contract then laid down (out of shape) for a next season. He was so bad that most thought he was washed. The Westbrook trade was a fair trade at the time it was made. The extra picks where very much warranted. The trade embarrassed Paul so much, it made him change. He got in shape and changed his game to what he is now.

It's a pass on Harden and Paul. Been there, done that. You can't go home again.

The only person that laid down was James Harden. The only person fat & out of shape was James Harden

what are you talking about? Harden single-handed lay dragged the team into the 2019 playoffs, while CP3 was taking his sweet time rehabbing…

Harden was not out of shape that season. He's been mostly out of shape ever since.

CP3 did show up out of shape that season. It's still shocking to me that after taking the Warriors to 7 games, the following summer he gained weight. We're a hair away from beating those guys and Tilman is swapping out good role players for cheap role players in every window. We really needed him to have his best summer ever and that's not asking a lot. We can live with the results, but he didn't even show up ready to go to war.

Harden averaged 36ppg (on less than 25 shots) and 7.5 assists that season. That's a historic offensive season. He showed up ready.

All Harden ever needed in his prime was a second superstar in the playoffs. Unfortunately he barely ever got that. It's very common for a team to need 2 superstars to win - in fact that's how most championships are won. We only had 2017-2018 (minus CP3 injury) and never had a legit shot again. The only thing Harden didn't accomplish here is the insanely rare feat of single handedly elevating your play to carry a team to a title without a second superstar. This happens once every 10-20 years and it was always an absurd expectation. It was always clear Harden is the type of superstar that definitely needs another superstar - one that would be good in the clutch would have been the perfect pairing.

He and Udoka might not even know each other that well.

I also never heard about Udoka being close or familiar with the Banana boat crew.

Cp3 would rather put a bullet in his brain than come play here ..
