Actually, there were MULTIPLE reports that teams dropped out of trading for the #3 pick when Stroud was taken. Titans, Raiders, Colts, Falcons, Seahawks, Bucs, Patriots, and Commanders were ALL interested in Stroud. The Titans were the MOST aggressive.
