With his game and no need to rely on athleticism, I can see his game aging gracefully til he's 40.

Nuggets are doing really well without Jokic on the floor.

Jokic is a player you can actually be proud of.

Denver has the better team, deeper and Joker.

Lakers got a lot of length and will come back though, the league will make it more competitive as it needs to be.

I still don't expect the Denver to lose a game at home

Christian Braun should not be seeing the floor.

Too little to guard the Lakers' wing players and is a complete zero on offense.

Interesting that they're going Rui on Jokic with AD patrolling any drives.

It's similar to what Philly did - Tucker on Jokic with Embiid patrolling. And in that matchup, it worked well.

it's smart, wasting davis on jokic is dumb. Nobody is gonna do anything to him 1 on 1 anyway, so can't waste your best defender on it

    Lol the bookies were wrong.

This is a high scoring game, Denver going to 130.

Nuggets completely falling apart. Malone and his coaching staff needs to coach better.

    Nuggets really lucky they survived.

Malone has to play Jeff Green or another big with a reliable jump shot to keep AD out of the paint.

With Brown not going for the dunk and Jokic's missed free throw at the end, the Nuggets failed to cover the 6.5-point spread. Gambling on sports must be the worst thing to do.

Nuggets going to have to play out of their minds to defend themselves against the refs momentum manipulation. A 20 pt lead is not safe against the Lakers and refs backing them. The league is rigged. Why do i watch? Because it's so much sweeter to break their plans up. It can and does happen often, but teams really have to earn it and mentally overcome the rig. The nuggets showed how easy it is to lose composure and wilt under the momentum shift. They started throwing the game away so the narrative would be the Lakers deserved it and Nuggets lost it. This is how refs manipulate outcomes. Momentum shifts at end of games are killers. Clutch City is Clutch City because they overcame the fix. Many times. Hakeem was cool and calm under pressure and that spread to the rest of the team. Those rings are worth more than all the ones the Lakers have bought.

To add..these days when you see comebacks. They're comebacks from the media darling/media favorites with their princes and kings doign the comebacks needing ref help. Clutch City were doing unscripted comebacks AGAINST the media favorites and darlings. I'll take our 2 over every single one of their cheat ass banners. **** THE LAKERS

All true. But we also saw advantages for the Lakers to beat the Nuggets. Just talking like this is all on the up-and-up, Hachimura on Jokic could be a problem. Jokic already knows how to beat Davis one-on-one, now he'll have to figure out how to beat Davis as a help defender. And the Nuggets have a Murray problem on defense. That's in addition to the refs.

Watch for the possible narrative of the Lakers winning it all as the 7th seed, no home court in order to usurp what the Rockets did as the 6th back in 1995.

Still, these Fakers beat a royally banged-up Memphis team with just low 50 reg season wins. They beat the have-been Worriers with 44 wins. The Rockets beat three 60 win teams, healthy and loaded, in the West before sweeping the 57 win Magic in the Finals (as we know).

Yeah, they can count all those bandwagon titles in LALA Land but we will treasure and appreciate those two we have here in H-town much more so, for all time. :)
