What other FAs are out there that can play center?

Assuming Dream is gone, and we cant get what we want in a S&T are there any centers left on the market we can sign?

I know a lot of people think we have a shot at Marc Jackson but say he is staying with Cowens like I think he will, are there any centers out there that you would like to have,if so who?

I like both Jelani McCoy and Calvin Booth, both are good defense of players and would work well along side Griffin and Mo,IMO!

Are they still unsigned? If so who else is there?

I don't think MJ will be coming, the only people who think he is a bust more so than I would be Rudy and CD. I don't think Booth or Bradley have been signed by Dallas. Some like Sabonis (not me) and others mention Polynice (HA). Lets see theres Tabak, Causwell, I think Eshmeyer is available. Nope doesnt look very good at the ol center position. Yinka Dare, Rony Seikley, and Axel Dench are also available. Collier better heal, Cato better step up, or the Rockets better sign Dream. If we lose Hakeem without compensation I don't see who we could trade for a decent center except Griffen.

I have watch Jelani McCoy from the first game he played with UCLA as a freshman and I though man he is going to be a star one day, he even got a triple double in, I think it was, his 2nd game(points, rebs, blks). Boy was I wrong, I think he could be a good defender though if he tried but he lacks the attitude to play hard. Just my opinions of JM from college, not sure how he plays now with the sonic. In my opinion he reminds me a bit of Cato in that he is limited offensively but could be a good defensive player off the bench as well as get some rebounds.

But the way I see it, Rudy T likes guys that can shot it outside. My theory is that RT thinks that shaq can't be stop so why try let's get shaq to try and stop us offensively from the outside with our center and if that works get the guards to drive in when he's outside. But now with the new zone rules I don't think that would work well since shaq won't even have to get away but a feet from the box. RT has tried with bangers like cato and two sandwitches but to little effect mostly due to their attitudes. But I could see how a banger would benefit now with the new zone rules in that we could use them with another player to constantly slow/wear shaq down.

About Yinka Dare, I can't believe all the hype he had back in his rookie year, I mean he even had his own shoe comerial on national TV. LOL Ren Cooper "he was a great passing center" I also can't believe he didn't even have an assit until the end of that season.
