I can’t believe Lakers beat the Warriors, I really thought the Warriors shooting would be too much. But as we saw, the Warriors outshot themselves in the grand scheme of things. Games 1 and 4, the Warriors could have had it, as they were super close games but Lakers prevailed and losing those games were the difference makers for the Warriors losing the series and the Lakers winning the series. Poole was not the Poole of last years playoffs. He just needed to play average every game and that alone would have helped the Warriors. Crazy how he couldn’t just play a little better. Klay is supposed to be the 2nd best player on this team but his shot was so off. He was so bad this series it’s shocking. He was also a -33 in the elimination game last night. If Klay was even normal Klay, the Lakers would have probably lost. Wiggins was overall good, especially defensively but I expected more. Overall, Curry did as much as he could. But if you’re not getting any productive nights from your team mates, it’s going to result in a loss. I didn’t have the Lakers winning this series but the Warriors never really shot well and that was the reason the Lakers won. Curry is still unbelievable, so I’m curious to see what off-season changes they are able to make this year.
Thought for sure Warriors would get hot and Lakers would get injured this series. Neither happened, Lakers win. Denver in 4 or 5?
Isn't that what people were claiming in the first round? Given the horrible start they had I think Lakers are gonna make the complete comeback and win the championship this year. This may be Bron's last chance at a ring.
Really? I think they got a good chance provided AD remains healthy. Maybe I'm wrong but I always thought Memphis and GSW were their strongest opponents.
I was thinking of just the Lakers. IMO, the secondary guys are overachieving. They have a kind of rhythm with the rotation. You take AD or Bron out of it, force the Lakers to go even deeper down their bench, and that rhythm is in jeopardy. IMO, fatal.
