Damn Klay Thompson turned into Klank Thompson. Horrible shooting, I feel he shot the Warriors out of the game. That airball leading to a Reaves 3 put the nail in the coffin. Let's bring him to the Rockets.

Only started being a Rockets fan since 94 Finals. I know Ellie and Cassell were on those teams but I liked the utilitarian style of Thorpe. Back to the issue at hand. The Lakers seem to have gotten some type have advantage to not only mod but a play- in that shouldn't have been as somebody has suggested. The Rockets play in a relatively large market but the past 16 or so seasons never get the benefit of calls nor any type of advantage but have to fight for any type of success in post season play.

Honestly I am shocked by how much he has deteriorated. I always thought between he and Steph, he would last longer because he was a bigger guy and could spot shoot. He just looks completely cooked! He can’t defend anyone anymore either. $10 at some point he ends up on either the Lakers or Clippers.

BTW, Curry stayed at 666 career wins after the loss last night.

Also, the Cavaliers's owner recently lost his son, Nick Gilbert. Nick is 26 in gemantria and Nick Gilbert is 56. The next Final's game will be LeBron's 56th and when - yes, when - the Lakers win the championship it will be LeBron's 26th Final's win. He'll go to 5 and 6 in the Finals. It's wicked.

No doubt true, but that was a while ago. At some point, it comes down to talent.

Warriors were supposed to be done. NBA got them their final championship. This year, they're giving it to the Lakers. If i was a betting man, i'd put everything i got on a Lakers vs Celtics Finals with the Lakers in 6-exact same formula in beating the Warriors. Just enough ref help to get them a win in Boston in the first 2 games. Make sure home is locked down and then seal the deal back home again.

Lakers vs Lebron former team rematch to try and undo any doubts of the bubble championship is also a storyline worth selling if the Celtics can't get it done because even with ref manipulation, their timely whistles, favoritism and momentum shifting in subtle ways can't overcome the opponents hitting all their shots and the team being favored missing shots. That's why rigs are so subtle and difficult to see..MOST of the time. Sometimes it's just blatant and in our face and has mostly involved the Lakers history and we saw it with our own eyes vs the Mavs.

    Tim Donaghy didn't work alone.

I'm not eating crow if wrong. Like i said, there's only so much manipulating they can do. The Dirk Mavs proved that beating the Kobe Lakers and then staining LeBrons legacy in the Finals. Why? Because they couldn't miss a shot for like 2 months straight. If the Nuggets play out of their minds like those Mavs, there's only so much the fix can alter from the "shadows" so to speak.

major surgeries lead to arthritis and joint stiffness that get worse the older you are. The playoffs are just way more physical and it looked like his body couldn’t handle the intensity anymore

I would bet that Golden State will ride out their waning years with more or less the current squad, give or take some vet min players. They're in that situation where they can't really move on from a core that brought them a dynasty, just have to let those guys ride off into the sunset and retire as GSW.

They might decide to save some money on the luxury tax by shipping off a couple supporting guys. Wiggins is a prime candidate.

Hopefully they are in for a prolonged period of mediocrity before finally having to start a full rebuild.

It's without any doubt league officials loves LAL more than they love GSW lol
