I've never had an issue with Lucas. NBA teams have like 8 assistants so who the hell cares if John Lucas is one of them.

Nope, not implying he's a coddler, I'm stating that he's a babysitter. You yourself said that we should not expect miracles from him. Why him? Because he was the one who was going to babysit him and try to keep him on the right path. I respectfully disagree! I think that having a new set of eyes and a new set of ears will benefit this young core more than having a leftover from the horrible tanking mandate that they went through! If the company that I work for was sold because we didn't meet expectations and we were at the point of bancrupcy, do you think the new owners would leave the same management? Or do you think they would bring in a completely new group of managers that wouldn't have any ties with us at all? I know what I would do if I was the new owner. Love Lucas, but I wouldn't be upset to see him replaced by someone else. Regardless, like I already mentioned, If Udoka wants to keep him, GREAT, I have no problem with him choosing who he wants on his staff, but I hope he's not pressured into doing so!
