Abreu just signed that fat contract. I can bet you Crane himself is against moving Abreu.

I still want that team meeting and there will be male square dancing to build team chemistry….along with a six foot long sandwich building team exercise with blindfolds.

    DAMMIT! I HATE LOSING!

And no. Bregman is even worse than Abreu.

I think we just need Brantley back in the dugout to straight things out. He needs to make another speech. Hopefully he’s back for the Angles series.

Back to back top 5 MVP voting Bregman feels like a tall tale these days, did it really happen?

Not panicking but concerned. Astros don't look like a playoff team at present. Let's get all the injured players back and see.

34 games in…. Are we a .500 team this year?
Injuries, slumps, regression and the team never finds a way to get the engine going.

Is Altuve and Brantley enough to make us a championship team.
I’m not expecting much from McCullers, at some
Point his arm will just fall off

I’ll take Breggy’s higher XBH, RBI, and OBP every day of the week.

    .195 at 28 million. That’s pathetic.

I’ll take that over Abreu’s production! I am not saying it’s good!

The two years preceeding 2022 were really bad, so I wonder if the second half of last year is the outlier. I hope not.

34 games in and it could be after that second championship the guys took the foot of the pedal
Some. All those years proving 2017 wasn’t a one off… and then finally relief.
They are playing baseball like it’s august and they are mailing it in.

Maybe Altuve is the spark the team needs.

The Astros are still eventually going to be fine, even if it takes until June to get there. If we get and stay relatively healthy, there is just no way I could see us missing the playoffs. Bregman will not hit like this the rest of the season and I'm trying my best to stay positive about Abreu, but he is making it difficult. Get healthy, find the rhythm and start winning.

They’ll be okay. This offense has looked absolutely dreadful and they’re still .500 with a tough schedule.

You like liver or durian (Food writer Richard Sterling has written “its odor is best described as… turpentine and onions, garnished with a gym sock.)

They like some weird stuff in the far East. I’m going to have to choose the liver.

I’d definitely take durian over 100 year egg or balut, though!

It's really hard not to get frustrated with the way we are playing rn. 3 straight series losses. This one easily the worst of the season.

I'm trying to stay positive, but it's very difficult right now.

Also, I tried telling myself I wasn't going to complain about Dusty, but man, **** that.

This team has way too much talent, even with injuries, to be playing this shitty.

Yeah I agree but Dusty decides who starts and where they bat.
