    I'm no expert, so may need @Os Trigonum to weigh in, but doesn't Tilman own the Rockets, therefore any profits/revenue the Rockets bring in belong to Mr. Fertitta? Granted, there is the whole revenue sharing based on CBA rules, but just thinking basic here.

    For the record, I'm not Tilman Fertitta fan like our fanboy @Salvy.

    It's just semantics, he still built the court instead of getting that money for a new yacht or w/e.

    The franchise is already worth 2-3B, 70M is an immaterial increase in valuation.

    This wasn’t a post about college basketball. I have a problem as a Rocket’s fan when it seems like Tilman is spending large sums on the Cougs whilst not doing the same for the Rockets.

    Currently a Landry's DC.

    One upon a time that plot was flanked by Malibu Grand Prix, where countless birthday's in my family were held. Also the Antique Center of Houston, which got eminent domianed by 290.
