Its going to be funny if Caleb Williams performs poorly on the S2 test, Ewers kills it.... and everyone stops caring.

Just how things are these days.

Mahomes voice sounds like Kermit the Frog, LOL, but he is a leader with the Chiefs, so if he can play, I dont care about his voice

Only thing we know for sure is that they know who they are taking.

This makes me feel like it will in the end be a QB and that based on what Caserio said about one prospect (probably Levis) complaining about his coaches that it's probably Stroud.

The reason they won't leak is because it hurts them because they'd love for Arizona to believe they are taking their guy and for Zona to move up and they still get Stroud any ways for an extra 4th rounder or something.

That's my final guess is that it is Stroud and has been Stroud.

There has been a belief over the last seven to 10 days within the league the Texans actually might be leaning toward taking a defensive player at No. 2. Whether that's a Will Anderson or Tyree Wilson there, and then potentially coming up from No. 12 to go get a quarterback, as well."

Gonna skip whichever QB you want at 2 but then trade more draft capital to go get that guy.

Give me either of the the guys named Will and I will be happy.

A QB at 12 or a little higher would be nice but too much of a risk

I agree, although to go from 12 to, say 5-7, shouldn't cost more than a second and third or so, imo.

Per the draft chart, to get to 6, it would take both our seconds. I wouldn't mind a second next year and one of our thirds this year.

This tells me that the reason you trade up for your qb is because one of the qbs they may like have a more likely scenario of falling compared to the blue chip DE”s no? I’ve been hearing a combination of Stroud/Levis/AR15 potentially falling.. not so much with Will and Tyree.

We've done a good job of masking what we're doing at #2. The only concerning part to me is we've heard zero buzz about teams moving up because they are nervous for what we'll do. We've heard at least 6 teams have contacted Arizona, so I'm curious if this is more teams not believing the Texans or teams calling their bluff or if we'll be surprised.

The jaded pessimist no benefit of the doubt draft day part of me says we will be unpleasantly surprised. Andre Johnson and DeShaun are the only picks in Texans history that I was pumped when the pick was announced. There have been guys that I was excited about after the fact (Watt, Cushing), but as far as the name is announced and I get immediately hyped...just twice in over 20 years.

CJ Stroud looks too much like Tyga and Tyga is the softest rapper in the game. So that's gonna be a hard pass. I'm sorry but I want my franchise Qb to have a chin and jawline. A strong manly jawline.

If they take a QB not named Stroud I hope it's AR15. He'll probably bust, but oh well.

I really don't know what to make of Stroud.
