I don't even know anymore what has more disinformation spread in advance in order to influence decisions, the NFL Draft or the Presidential Election?

Good thing there’s two generational QBs next year

I don't think there's a chance the Colts pass on Stroud if he's there at 4. Honestly, I would imagine that someone would trade into #3 with Arizona immediately if we pass on him.

All the negativity that's come out about him the past couple of days, has shown me that somebody wants him to drop....

I have watched very little of Stroud but he never jumped off the field when I did (Michigan game). I don’t care about the s2 stuff but I do care about him having issues with teammates and being a leader. Where there is smoke. Stay away, trade out if you can. Unless Young is there, and I’m willing to take a chance on him because I do feel he has a little magic potential

Would love to know the backup plan when we finish better than ATL / LAR / WSH / LV / NE / TB

In all seriousness, I don’t think we’re finishing better than those teams though. I think a good season we will be picking 3-7

Possible he could go in the first round. I believe some teams will have him ranked ahead of Richardson and Hooker especially since he can play right away. Haener does not have elite physical skills, but he is an elite processor and plays at a fast speed. The NFL will not be too fast for him. Young is the undisputed top ranked QB in this year's draft and then the next 6 QB's are a mix. Dorian Thompson Robinson is mixed in there too.

Yep…feels like if the Texans want Levis they need to take him at 2…it’ll be hard to trade up for him.

You probably could take LV out. I actually think they will finish the same but waiting another year when we have a better staff is extremely risky. I understand why you would want to do it but I wouldn't. Then again, I like Stroud and for our system.

Even if they did the Texans have a lot of draft capital they can trade up for next year (they could trade next year's #1 and either 1 or both of the remaining Brown's #1's if they wanted Williams for example in 2024).

That's not easy. It's not like we can say, whoever has the first pick will definitely trade it to us. We won't know their needs. QB could be a need for the top 3 teams.

BTW we only have one more Browns 1st after the 2023 draft. Risky smh *tisk tisk*

So what happens when the worst team next year needs a QB? You think they are going to trade away Williams no matter what you offer? To have a trade you need something of value to trade but you also need the other team willing to trade.

Caleb keeps it up, he produces again, …every team would move off their QB except the Chiefs(Mahomes), Bengals(Burrow), Bills(Allen), Chargers(Herbert) and maaaybe the Jaguars(Lawrence), Panthers(Young) and Eagles(freshly signed Hurts). First 3/4 for sure.

LOL This idea we’re gonna trade up for Caleb or “Suck for Caleb” (WHEN THEY COULDN’T DO IT THIS YEAR) … Why is a team trading away this generational prospect?

“Hey Bears, we’ll give you the 4th pick, 17th pick(CLE), future first, two future seconds for Caleb, do you accept?” … “No, but you can have Justin Fields.”

“Hey Bucs, we’ll give you the 3rd pick, 15th pick(CLE), future first, two future seconds for Caleb, do you accept?” … “No, but you can have Kyle Trask.”

“Hey Colts, we’ll give you the 4th pick, 13th pick(CLE), future first, two future seconds for Caleb, do you accept?” … “No, but you can have Anthony Richardson/Will Levis.”

“Hey Packers, we’ll give you the 3rd pick, 16th pick(CLE), future first, two future seconds for Caleb, do you accept?” … “No, but you can have Jordan Love.”

“Hey Raiders, we’ll give you the 4th pick, 12th pick(CLE), future first, two future seconds for Caleb, do you accept?” … “No, but you can have CJ Stroud.”

“Hey Commanders, we’ll give you the 3rd pick, 14th pick(CLE), future first, two future seconds for Caleb, do you accept?” … “No, but you can have Sam Howell.”

(No, I’m not saying draft a QB or use the 2nd on a QB for the sake of taking one but again, the idea we’re willy-nilly trade up for Caleb (or even Drake Maye who some are just as high on), that’s funny. If they’re as legit as your hype, no, the Texans will not be trading up for them. Pray to suck? Pray to be the worst? Pray Nick Caserio or DeMeco sits guys the last game this time?)
