    A lawyer friend who read Clarence Thomas' autobiography told me that Thomas refers to Biden as a "fork-toothed serpent" or something due to the latter's role in the Anita Hill hearings. Needless to say, Thomas is not going to willingly let Biden fill his seat.

    Agreed and I hope they keep digging. You have a SCOTUS who appears to be suspect at best and his wife who is a maga nut, WTF man. No way he resigns, he doesn't need to and he probably won't even explain it.....these guys are truly above the law and they're the ones we entrusted to uphold and enforce laws................irony can be so ironic
