Definitely would grab him off waivers and release Nix if possible. What do we have to lose?

Why? He shot 20% from 3 in the G league and 13% in the NBA.....

You already have Tyty who would be ahead of this guy in every way AND a draft coming up.

    Chandler vs Nix?

    No doubt.

Bring him into the mix for summer camp and preseason. Nothing to lose.

Don’t care. He’s worth a shot, especially if it sends Nix out. If he isn’t worth a crap get rid of him too.

I'd rather just go with someone else in the draft that hasn't already shown to be a failure. The Rockets roster already has too many projects to give playing time to, there's no need to pick up other team's trash.

I don’t really care either way about players competing for the 13-15th spot on the roster.

Same, which is why I don't see a point in picking up another team's trash right before the draft who is a fringe NBA prospect.

    I'll pass.

No reason to add another low percentage shooter to the worst shooting team in the league.

You have one free roster spot currently and two draft picks - at least one player has to go (hopefully Nix) and that doesn't account for FA activity.

Probably not worth bothering with. We have TyTy, two first-rounders in a guard-rich draft, and tons of cap space. If we pick him up we'll probably just end up releasing him (along with Nix too).

Seriously lol. Fanbase thinks backend rotational players are gonna be our savior. Remember when people were crying over not getting 7’2” Moses Brown!?!

Worth taking a look at if he clearly waivers. But only on a non guaranteed deal. Otherwise he eats into cap space, and every $ counts.

    For what reason?

We already have a small PG in Ty Ty who plays like Kennedy but better.
