    Wow!
I've never actually thought about that before!
I may have to ponder that one for a bit. lol

I DO know for sure tho that if BY goes #1 I'd much rather have Will Anderson and Mac (for a 4th) than CJ at #2!

Only thing I wouldn't want in this scenario is CJ being drafted by the Colts then breaking all of Mahomes records lol.

I’d do 1.2 for patriots 1.14 and 2nd round pick this year and Mac jones and 1st round pick next year. I would also trade 1.2 with someone else and give up a 5th rounder for Mac.

I’d be furious if the Texans offered him what he had requested. I’m supposing some QB desperate owner will relent and offer him everything he wants. But I can do without a Lamar Jackson.

What's the difference between Jones, Tua and Young coming out of college, other than one QB lacking jewelry?

I've watched them all a bunch and they are all good decision makers who get the ball out fast and throw with good accuracy and anticipation. They're all somewhat mobile but not runners and have good but not great arm strength. What am I missing in my evaluation?

Bryce young will be a franchise qb IMO. Mac Jones not so much. If he was so great the pats wouldn’t be shopping him this soon. They know.

My mantra has always been, CAVEAT EMPTOR when it comes to ANY dealings with the Patriots.

    So

    Texans get:
    1-14
    2-46
    2024 1st
    Mac Jones

    Pats get:
    1-2

I would do it in a heartbeat. Mac was a product of a quietly dysfunctional Pats team last season, and either he bounces back and does well or you have 3 1sts next year to control the draft.

LOL, Davis Mills and Mac Jones, have almost same stats in their career, but Mills is a bust and Mac Jones is a product of a bad team.
Stop trying to get Patriots players that doesnt work, if they are shopping it means, maybe its not going to be a franchise QB,

    Here are the stats

The deal is more centered around the 2024 1st than Mac. Having 3 1s next year would be more than ideal

And Fields has worse stats than both, but he’s considered a building block?
    Situation plays a part
