Nothing, except that the hush money payment, arranged by Cohen after consulting with Trump, was listed internally within the Trump Organization as a legal expense — a description that Bragg’s prosecutors are expected to charge as illegal under a New York state law prohibiting falsifying business records. So the only legal issue seems to be falsification of a business record - the best that this is going to go for is a misdemeanor as we all know, but it's ridiculous - and if we were going after everyone that had a bookkeeping error half this country would be indicted and probably a lot of Democrats along the way
