Are you just going to not acknowledge the ring around it?

The Flat Uranus Society told NASA to put a ring on it or go duck yourself.

It was considered a gamble because of its complex technical design, cost overruns, and little room for error. Its development involved cutting-edge technology and faced numerous technical challenges, leading to a final cost estimated at around $10 billion. (original estimate was about 1.5 billion) Additionally, the JWST operates in a harsh environment located 1.5 million km from Earth, leaving little room for error during construction and operation. If something goes wrong, there is no sending crew to repair it.

Something else to look at: runaway black holes.
