oeilpere.."If it is Toronto who would we take - Keon Clark and Dell Curry? God I hope not."

I don't know about you man but i would trade hakeem for Keon Clark & Dell Curry!!!

Have you ever seen these guyz play?...and i mean more than one or two games...Keon Clark has great potential...he's like Eddie Griff. just taller...and Dell Curry is probaBLY THE BEST THREE POINT SHOOTER IN THE GAME...that can be argued...but with the new rules he should be even better!!

and the Rockets can use both these players...most of us here are too biased to actually agree with my conclusion.

    Yo Pops...

Sadly enough, I don't think that Dream is worth a Camby, a Keon, a Croshere, a Harrington, etc.

We would have to give up more for these teams to give up these guys...

How do you use the shift key? [IMG]

"I always thought Hakeem was the better offensive player and DRob the better defender." Spurever

    Shaq would probably agree.

    Yeah watched them both.

Watched Curry for many years. I mean many years. He's a heck of a nice guy and was a premiere player at one time. Was a great shooter and solid clutch player. Now he is a good filler. But, he lost his legs two years ago and has become a streak shooter. His defense used to be dependable. No longer. Can't keep up with the kids in his position and does not move laterally as well as any number of players I could name. I'll take Bull over him anyday.

Keon has a ton of potential, admittedly. But, he is smallish at the five and does not really have a muti-dimensional approach to the game as you need in the West. We have lots of guys with limited dimension, we don't need more. That is one of the reasons he was shipped to Toronto in the first place. Read my previous post for my thoughts on what I would like in a Toronto trade.

Basically, I would take Keon if we had to.I would NOT take Curry. But the best case scenario would be trade them both off for a five or take future picks and an exception. Worse comes to worse ... if this is the best we have to take, then I guess we would have to take them, but I would fight for a Curry replacement.
