I think many on this board owe KPJ an apology.

I didn't watch the game but was happy to see he had 13 assists (to 4 TO's). Big assist games are all too rare for him with the offensive minded players he's on the floor with. Hopefully it's a sign of things to come.

For what? Not completely leading us to a consecutive 3rd year in a row to being almost dead last due to his injuries or that his stupid pg experiment was a spectacular failure?

We are almost dead last and u want us to give the head honcho an apology? give me a break. Acting like he did anything that deserves an apology as the head honcho/leader of the team.

You are blind if you don’t see that we are a worse team without him, regardless of your baseless hatred.

That's like saying we are a worse team without c. Wood, both tru but we all know that kpj this season and c. Wood last season is a big part why we are dead last or almost dead last.

Thank God u didn't go full on stupid and made a thread about telling folks to apologize to kpj would have clowned u for years to come.

You just made my point in your own simplistic way. Look at the name of this thread — Christian Wood was the scapegoat last season, and KPJ is the scapegoat this season. In reality, Wood wasn’t the problem last season, and KPJ isn’t the problem this season. The reason why so many like you think this way is because it is easier to have heroes (Sengun) and villains (KPJ) than to look at this team objectively.

C wood was the problem. A big man vet that refuses to play defense, refuses to screen and takes up a sht ton of shots when youngsters need them for development. Folks been telling me that we were holding c. Wood back, but he goes and ends up being a bench player for the mavs.

Objectively? For quite some time our offense made of a sengun offense winging it was somehow better than the actual kpj pg offense itself. That alone speaks volume of how bad kpj is at pg.

Sure, Wood was the problem last season. That’s why our record has radically improved without him. Just like how KPJ is the problem this season, which is why our record was so great when he was injured.

Such a simplistic way of gauging how good a player is for team by looking at a win-loss of a team tanking. U are defending c. Wood a man who ended up being a bench player due to the issues I mentioned above.

Why don't u start a thread demanding an apology for c. Wood and kpj and see if folks have the same mentality as u do. Weird hill to die on for such players.

We were dead last with kpj b4 he got injured. Our offense did get better when he was out but like folks been saying, we need a fking pg regardless.
U can't win with a team full of youngsters if u don't have a pg and an actual coach.

There's a reason why kpj stans are agreeable to wanting harden or lamelo so he can play sg is bc after years of insulting folks/doubling down on the kpj pg experiment, they know that kpj blows at being a pg.

I frankly don't care what others think about my opinions on this board. I defended Green way before his post-All Star breakout. I consistently said that the Magic may select Paolo at #1 (even won a bet on it). And I'm saying that many on this board are unfair to KPJ, because they are. Period.

Imagine walking out at halftime of ANY level of a basketball game. That's such a selfish immature response to not getting your way, Doing it at levels when you have fans in the stands who paid to watch you play is a thousand times worse. The starting PG is supposed to be a leader on the court. This happened on the Rockets watch a year ago yet fools think KPJ has proven he has changed his ways. If there are smoke signal reports that KPJ is an ass behind the scenes there is most likely fire.

Just find it funny to b asking folks to apologize about being right about kpj when we are still basically dead last.

Kpj is not a fking pg.

For what? For playing well against a bad team that held out players to increase their chance of losing??
