Not that it really matters...these are just Vegas odds...even though we are 10th in this odds list, we're still 4th in our division. That shows how tough our division schedule will be and how difficult next year will be. The redeeming factor of this list is that the "money guys" think that LA is going to drop off significantly. Absolutely classic!!!:D

Just wondering...currently at 75 to 1 odds...what would the Clippers have been if they'd picked up Kobe?

Im suprised that the Jazz are so low. Even though I hate them with a passion 50:1 is a longshot for getting Okur and Boozer in the offseason.

I trust the judgment of Vegas odd makers more than the sports "experts" at espn. :D

Seems pretty premature. There are alot more moves to be made around the league. With guys like Dampier & Crawford still out there and other players like V. Carter & Kidd who could be on the move, just seems like all these predictions and odds are way too early.

Has there been confirmation that there will be an "unbalanced" schedule in the NBA, now that New Orleans is in the West?

Remember... even though they've always had 4 divisions, everybody in each conference has the EXACT same schedule, making the strength of your division basically MEANINGLESS.

500 to 1 on the Bobcats? I'd think it'd be closer to 5 million to 1.

When I was in Vegas on my Honeymoon, I put 10.00 on the Rox to win it. The odds were 10:1 (cue eerie music). That was the year they won their second championship.

I put $100 on them last year at 20 to 1 odds. :(

The Lakers have those odds at this point :)

How the hell are the Knicks and Nets so high?

Oh. Right. They're from New York/New Jersey.

are you allowed to bet against teams winning it all? because if so i think i'll wager everything i own, everything my parents own, take out mortgages on all my friends' houses, takes out huge loans and put everything i have on the nets not winning. there isn't a better lock to not win it all in the under 20:1 area. i'm 99.9% sure we, the nuggets, and the mavs aren't winning, but i'm 100%, hell 110%, sure the nets aren't winning it.

    what's the number for vegas?

I think we agree on everything basketball that's not related to Steve Francis.
