Hate to see the loss of Bakhmut but seems like it’s served a valuable purpose in that it has seemingly preoccupied Russia and has made them spend significant resources there. I hear it’s not strategically important but Russia sure does want it. I do find it interesting that the Wagner group is so hell bent on it. Curious if there is some kind of deal where if Wagner gets the area and salt mines then Prickozhin gets to keep the business. Being from the catering industry I’d imagine he can appreciate good salt.
