I think at this point it
You brought this smoke on yourself **** posting Nook just because he isn't nut riding a known malcontent like KPJ.[/QUOTE]

And of all the people to say something negative about the last person I would expect is Nook. He's a good poster and good person. All because of some scrub who continues to screw up no matter how many chances he gets

Morey seems to be one of the most hated GMs in the NBA by other GMs and the media, and the Rockets were widely reported to be in disarray during the Harden era. Has anything changed with our public perception other than we have a team of teenagers that haven't learned how to play yet?

I have difficulty taking this at face value given the Rockets have $60 million to spend. There are 29 teams in the NBA that would like to see the Rockets be unsuccessful this offseason.

KPJ is Stone’s pet project, and even he couldn’t talk himself into giving him more than just 16 mil guaranteed because of how he is off the court

if he had waited until the offseason, no other team in the league would’ve offered him even just that

Nook has flat out been nails with insider insight across our sports franchises for some time now. The primary remaining reason I come to the board anymore as it sure isn’t for DD takes.

And none of them wrote the article we are talking about. That said, I don't think other teams appreciate all out prolonged tank jobs. Nor should they, That doesn't have anything to do if Givony is on to anything or not in regard to KPJ and Smiley Silas.

KPJ is Stone's fools gold. See the Cowboys with Romo and Prescott. Longshot that never quite paid off.

The NBA media guys literally get paid to spread rumors. Just think about that before we get all worked up.

Also please try to remember how the media dunked on Hinkie/Process. If you are tanking team you’ll get crapped on because it’s a reason to debate just like Steroids and baseball.

Philly fans had the balls to deal with the Process and our fanbase needs to sack up in my honest opinion. ALL of these media people will be doing an about face as soon as we develop or draft the next popular superstar.

And yeah this thread has gotten weird. Digging up personal info on people here is so out of bounds I don’t even know what to say. Some of the guys like him, Bima, Dubose, Roosh, etc. reveal their names, jobs, etc to you guys and hiding behind an avatar sit there and judge them. That’s BS man.

Exactly. Nobody wanted KPJ to begin with so it's not some smear job. He's the same clown he has always been. Silas is absolutely worthless. I think that's a huge part of Green and Javar's seasons

I think management has spent so much emotional capital on KPJ that IF he is a problem they would keep it under wraps. I'm not saying he is. I am just saying they would.

He's not a guard, and that's part of the problem. His passing is nice, but he struggles on switches and doesn't spread the opposing defense. If he was more of a guard, he'd be even better than he is.....and he's arguably the best performing player on the team.

Honestly I was hoping to get to see a week or so of Sengun and KPJ out there together without Green out there screwing things up, but it doesn't look like that's in the cards.

Either way, if you are a casual I could see one of the few things you know about these Rockets being KPJ's history in Cleveland, so I fully understand the knee jerk reaction to blame him for everything....especially if those doing it want to deflect blame from the two highly hyped top 3 draft picks that are looking so terrible and dragging the team down.

IMO that's what all of this BS is about.

The reasons I've enjoyed CF since 1999 is the broad array of insights and opinions our posters offer.

I really don't understand why anyone needs to spend so much time questioning another member's posts.

It's pretty simple for me I read almost everyone's stuff and then decide for myself whether its useful or not. If it's useful or interesting I like it and sometimes thank them for their contributions. I really try not to get into arguments or disagreements about sports because its my escape. My chance to get away from all of the craziness in the world and that surrounds us every day.

We've lost some great contributors over the years because of this kind of banter and scrutiny. If you don't like someone's posts or insights, try ignoring the content or put them on ignore. Let's not waste precious time or space.

in what business? being 12th seed?
you sure we wont hear excuses like:

-its only the first year of the new HC
-the x y z player got injured in summer so we didnt have full squad for his first training camp
-we are now showcasing vets to trade them we need patience until trade deadline
-this or that player is injured now and/or they werent used to play this new scheme before
-this is only the 1st year after 3 years of the tank, and players still didnt get used to accountability/real basketball/insert your excuse here yet...
-we should tank this year as well and take that 50% gamble that our pick wont belong to okc
    etc etc

he is a guard and he spaces the floor by means of elite drible drive penetration
just like giannis antetokounpo...you cant sag off of sengun because you give him the headstart he is at the rim in 2 dribbles and one spin...

he can only be guarded on perimeter by double team or he gonna drive on you and lay it up or transform it into a postup and cook you

sengun is not only the guard HES AN ELITE GUARD!

Organization needs a complete overhaul top to bottom (fanbase included)

LOL at anyone who hated Morey and wanted him gone.

    Congrats, you got your wish.
