Actually, Harper was a 20 ppg scorer, but he played SG. And he was a gigantic flop for the Bulls. In fact, Jordan returning bailed them out, and the only reason that Harper moved to PG was because the Bulls had already locked him up to a deal and they decided to use him to guard PGs. He was a shell of himself in Chicago because his knees were shot. His best year in Chicago was 11 ppg and his assists were 5 apg. My point is that Chicago won a championship using a SG who was a shell of himself at the PG spot.
