    How bad can it get the head honcho isn't even playing. Is he whining/btching while out? Is he really injured? The franchise is somehow contesting with the Texans for the title of most dysfunctional houston sports org

    We know Silas will be let go at the end of the year (does he even have another year in his contract?) Rafael will probably be here since he is Tilman's buddy which means he will likely keep KPJ around as well just because he is obsessed with attempting to find hidden gems.
