Are you guys talking about Alex Scales? If so, any ex Oregon Duck is welcome on the Rockets if you ask me.

Yes, why don't we sign a guy who couldn't beat out Wilkes last year and didn't make any of the other 28 rosters to be our starting point guard.

Scales is a very poor man's version of Francis. Scales Loved to score from what I remember and he wasn't really a pg and I think we've had enough time of trying to mold a sg into a pg.

It was a fine suggestion, I was agreeing with you....

If he was better than Wilkes, why was Wilkes on the team and Scales was unemployed?

Alex Scales would bring a championship to this team. Without question.

I don't think Alex was a point. We had Mobley, J Jackson, Boki, Pike.....all in front of him.

Since we are thinking of the preseason of yore, why don't we take a look at Peter Cornell again? I actually liked his play. :D

He did very well when he played in the Chinese league. But he is a malcontent, someone you definitely don't want on your team.

I wouldn't mind having Alex Scales OR Juaquin Hawkins back on the Rockets. Two different players though, Alex Scales is more aggressive on offense and Hawkins on D.

I read reports on him. He was never a team player. Always tried to showboat. So his team would suffer even he scored 50.

And he is a loner. Doesn't even go out. Just sleeps all day.
