    The players have had enough.

    The fans have had enough.

Heck, Silas himself has had enough.

Put him out of his misery already.

Like it matters with 24 games left. He’s not going anywhere with cheap ass tilman

Some of y’all can keep telling yourselves this day or that is when he’s done. It’s not happening this year

another reminder most of you were ecstatic at the hiring of Silas

Firing Silas is the right thing to do, but it’s not solving ****. This team is bad from top to bottom, it’s not all Silas. We suck lol

It would hardly seem fair to give Abdelfattah a shot when the top two scorers on the team could possibly be out the rest of the year. However, I think firing Silas will at least give the look that the team is not OK with losing. If you are going to try to lure any free agents here, the Rockets are going to have to reshape the narrative a little bit.

I'm concerned that if we fire Silas now, the interim coach will feel obliged to prove his worth by winning games.

    LOL

    This is RIDICULOUS

Houston has sacrificed a lot to lead the Wemby sweepstakes. I would be shocked to see them fire Silas before the end of the year.

Fire him in the offseason, and bring in a coach who can attract players (so we can use the $70M cap space and trade youngsters)

Ooo scary. Win games with 20 something remaining. As if that’s actually possible with this team

this post is funny as if you really think it’s an actual choice to turn the win switch on with this team. Winning games. Lol good one

He’s in charge of coaching what might be the worst all around basketball team I’ve ever seen, so he deserves to be fired, but there are a bunch of others who should go with him. The organization is a disaster in every way, and not all of that is on Silas. Still, there’s just nothing really about the job he’s done that makes you confident he will ever turn this thing around. I’m indifferent. It feels like something should happen just for accountability purposes, but on the other hand, what’s even the point now? This team sucks.

I am one of his biggest haters but they have dragged this thing for too long. We might as well keep him to secure the best odds for Wemby.

No other coach on this staff deserves a promotion. Fire the whole staff other than Lucas.

I understand the sentiment, but I don’t think there’s anything we can do to hurt our lottery chances.

If that were the case they should have fired him 20 games in. It's obvious they want to lose.

Yeah Stones not firing him. He would have done it weeks ago if he wanted to. Silas is a shield for Stone. If Silas had any dignity he’d resign himself and just call it by what it is.

If Silas is fired it’ll be Tillman stepping in which I think is doubtful.

If there is a coach available that can get this roster to start winning I hope we hire him immediately. We will have found the greatest coach in the league.
