Eric Gordon makes his Clippers debut but more importantly, the Clippers and Warriors are playing and the Rockets could use a Warriors win. Golden State, by percentage points, could pass LAC with the win. Rockets have swap rights from Milwaukee's first (currently #29) to the weaker pick among LAC/OKC (currently LAC, which is tied at #18). We will talk some Rockets at 8:00pm CT and the game (on TNT) starts at 9:00pm CT. Come hang out! RocketsWatch
I'm pulling for those Clippers losses. My psychic said that the Clippers would end up in the lottery and would ultimately end up with the #2 pick and the Rockets would finally select #1. She charged me $150 for that info. B*+¢h better be right!!
Such a random number lol. What were the Clippers worried about that they'd lose every remaining game and end up with the 6th pick?
Yeah... you'd think 5 would have been enough, right? But perhaps the protection was on the pick from the OKC/ LAC original swap. IE, OKC has the right to swap picks with the Clips (unless top 6), we then get the right to swap the MIL pick with whatever pick LAC end up with (unless it was top 6, in which case the first deal was off, and so then is the second deal). Basically we want LAC to finish in the play-in (in a dream world at 9 or 10), lose out, and end up in the lotto, but at least 1 position worse than OKC. If it doesn't convey, then we get Milwaukee's pick?
I watched Gordon for years, now that I don’t have to I choose not to. let me guess he thinks he was fouled going to the basket.
I certainly won't miss him crying to the refs all the time. Low key I want to see a little more of JC.
lol we wasted so much playing time on this scrub! penny pinching at its finest.... rockets management is dumb beyond telling....lose games on purpose to get talent infusion and then waste the talent by not getting them playing time.. the self perpetuating circle of suck...and the fans and the experts that think that playing time isnt important and its far more important to squeeze out a second rounder or a position or 2 in the draft...?! LOL... i guess these people never played anything in their life...or have no clue that jalen green and jabari smith are the coveted top picks and alperen sengun rules them all at no 16 lololol DUMB AND DUMBER!
