FIFY. We don't have creation because this team refuses to believe in the importance of coaching. It's insanity at this point.

He he missed 3-4 jumpers around FT line … missed a dunk that was a foul and not called .. had a few missed layups over Embid

I’m actually happy with the FT line area jumpers he will hit those more times than not.. he’s driving hard and getting foul calls.

Bari really needs to get stronger, will help with his finishing

Jabari Smith is younger than Brandon Miller lol. The sky is falling people need to back off from the ledge. More worried about Tari and Jalen at the moment.

Hope to see more Green/Sengun two man game. Sengun inside getting to the basket or looking for a cutter or open Green, KJM and Bari. Rockets pushing the pace and looking for KJM and Green ahead or trailing on the break.
Tate taking guards inside, looking for a basket or a cutter (KJM and Bari)
After watching this game I am wondering what a unit of TyTy, JC, Tari, Days and Garuba coming off the bench.
The three power forwards on the perimeter on offense based on where they shoot the 3 ball best, creating more space for TyTy and JC to get to the basket or kick out if stopped. Of course they would continue to crash the boards once the shot goes up and switch on D.
One can hope the younger players get a lot more playing time from now to the end of the season.

Throwaway games. Broken imbalanced roster, like a car racing with three wheels. Just a waste of human effort all around.

No point in analyzing the same things over and over or beating a dead horse about who is trash and Who Is Franchise.

The only upside to today's game was that TyTy got burn and Nix didn't play.

All we can do is look to the future. This team is designed to lose. They just need to take their bitter pills and swallow 25 more times.

In the offseason if Feritta doesn't start to cash in some chips I will find a way to frame him for a felony so we can get new ownership.

Funny how silas talks about creation in terms of players, namely kpj, but not in terms of a system. Sengun was actually creating a lot until he was demoted back to screener for Green role. As days go by, I am having a hard time believing that he was a good assistant coach.

A Donkey remains a donkey, no matter how often u stroke him.

Our Roster is unbalanced. no shooting, no creation, no D.

I don't see why 1 or 2 years matter that much, yeah, Brandon Miller probably is older and he applied late.

If you can't finish around the hoop, you probably not going to be Lebron or any other big in the paint.

Ridiculous really to put so much weight on age.

If you don't especially at this age range then don't have confident opinions and try to absorb knowledge as you are lacking.

This is the age range of the most rapid development for a player. 18-22 is when bodies still grow, where brains are still not finished developing.

That's a scientific mumbo jumbo to keep your hopes up.

I guarantee you a year under Silas is like a lost year anyways.

But let's say he has an advantage over Miller for instance, Miller has every opportunity to catch up to him.

Do you know how many MIPs are given out on 1 or 2 seasons rapid improvements?

In the NBA there are probably 3-4 ways.

    You suck.

High lottery picks hardly ever get MIP during their first few seasons outside rare exceptions like Ja and it's precisely because of what I'm stating. It's expected that young lottery talent players make jumps their first few years in the league. In fact many were upset Ja got the award because he doesn't match the standard of previous MIP awards which usually go to older players who made unexpected improvements.

Hence why guys like Olidipo or Ingram who were lottery talents get them like in their 5th or 6th year because the jump in improvement is unexpected at that point.

If someone like Green or Jabari get MIP it wouldn't be from jumps they make their first few seasons. It would be because of a jump they made in year 5 or 7.

So now we're blaming lack of creation? REALLY? When you have those type of guys in the lineup a good portion of you cry about passing and too much "isoball" (fake). Did last nights loss at least "look good" or nah? Asking for a wishy washy fanbase that rhymes with sprockets.

    Jabari has a chance theoretically.

Green is already at 22 ppg, he probably antes up gradually.

Especially if you have Wemby or Henderson taking shots away.

And the team establishes a hierarchy.

It isn't really. It's really hard for teenagers to come in and affect the game outside of a handful of guys who already have men's bodies. Even before the draft everyone said that Paolo would look the best because he has an NBA body whereas Chet and Jabari didn't. But he reason Jabari was so high and higher than Paolo on most mocks is due to his upside. Paolo cannot and will not ever be the shooter or defender Jabari is. His issue is just game reps and knowledge. Watching him yesterday even more confirmed that to me. When he was on Harden or Maxey they tried hell or high water not to engage him or try to break him down off the dribble.

People need to relax. Jabari is probably the player I'm least concerned about.
