I thought McClain was supposed to retire last year, enjoying those early bird open faced roast beef sandwiches with extra gravy on the fries.
Glad we didn't hire Rich Gannon. Philly defense was total absolute trash in the 2nd half of the super bowl. Luckily in the first half they severely won time of possession. Rich Gannon defense didn't cause a fumble, interception... hell I don't even remember seeing Mahomes even getting sacked.
The HOFer! I wonder if he just fired that tweet off too quickly? *Jonathan Gannon Actually, the two TDs were just great scheming by Reid and company. They picked off on tendencies on how the Eagles cover the motion and absolutely pantsed them in the 2nd half. Another State Farm commercial for Coach Reid!!
Looks like Jonathan Gannon will stay in ARZ. I agree but after Kadarius Toney touchdown, the chiefs ran the exact same play and eagles defense got burned again. Second time with Skyy Moore.
Actually Chiefs offense dominated the entire game... 1st half Eagles just had the ball waaaay longer than KC. Gannon is just overrated to me... so was the Eagles defense. Slay has been pedestrian too. My bad Jonathan Gannon.
Yeah but they couldn't beat the Bucs in the superbowl. Like I said that defense was overrated. Hurts is who is great on that team. The media hyped that defense up while doubting Hurts all year.
Eagles gifted the Chiefs 14 points with Hurts dropping a ball with zero contact leading to a fumble touchdown and then a blown special teams coverage on a punt that gave the Chiefs 1st and whatever from the goal.
Chiefs had the worst oline that year. Eagles defense had the fourth most sacks theought he Super Bowl all time. Not sure you have a valid argument they were overrated.
How many times did they touch Mahomes behind the line of scrimmage yesterday? No sacks, no fumbles caused or interceptions. For one half of football they literally could not get off the field without given up 7. That's inexcusable. Everyone knows it's Mahomes but cmon out of 14 passing attempts only 1 incompletion... and that wasn't caused by the defense.
