Several offers were available for the Rockets to trade Gordon, a veteran player whose skill set is still highly sought after, but the team wanted to do the right thing by Gordon and give him this opportunity."

    Yeah, they should do something just to keep the fans interested if nothing else, but they won't. Just more of the same I'm sure. Tilman won't care until it hurts him financially. The trade deadline has shown us that as long as he has owned the team.

    I think the Athletic's reporter Imo is Stone's PUPPET and say what Stone wants him to say. Stone has left town and parting after the Net's disaster...he is not going to do anything.


    Rockets interested in Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson
    The phones are probably ringing nonstop for the Brooklyn Nets after trading Kevin Durant to the Phoenix Suns. While Brooklyn is no longer a title contender, they have a wealth of talented players on their roster that every contending team in the league would be happy to have. Mikal Bridges has drawn interest from several teams including the Memphis Grizzlies, and now you can add the Houston Rockets to that list. Despite the Rockets being nowhere near contending for even a playoff spot this season, Houston is reportedly "kicking the tires" on the possibility of Bridges and sharpshooter Cam Johnson, per The Athletic's Kelly Iko.
