Rockets not interested in Tate-Grant Williams trade

I don’t pay much attention to him, but did this dude become an insider for Christmas? Since when does he have reliable trade rumor information?

I give him the benefit of the doubt since Clutch basically vouches for him by letting him run the Rockets cast but paint me as skeptical anytime someone that’s not in the media (meaning someone with a national platform that can be used to further their agenda) claims to have heard something and in the same sentence says “and X team wasn’t interested” or the usual “but nothing is imminent” or “both sides are dug in” etc etc.

It’s best if you are a regular Joe to lead with “hey take it with a grain of salt but a buddy of mine who knows a guy said…”

I think THAT type of “insider” scoop is exactly what this community is for. It’s just for fun “take it with a grain of salt” water cooler talk. When folks on here start trying too hard it makes me roll my eyes but I’ll give Roosh the benefit of the doubt this time because I trust Clutch.

However I would recommend on the Rocketscast the dude wear a shirt please when on camera.

I like Tate but I doubt teams would give much of anything for him. I think he’s more likely to get included as a sweetener in an EG trade if he does get moved. The issue is Tate just isn’t going to play much on most nba teams. He does a lot of things good but doesn’t do any of the things that teams need great.
