The QB's will go before Harrison and probably an edge or two.

I want them to put as much talent as possible around the young QB to give him his best chance to succeed. But if an edge that I liked fell I would draft him. In fact right now I'm going back and forth between Hyatt/Sanders at 1-12 and Musgrave/Schmitz/Mauch at 2-32.

I would use him in the slot/on choice or wheel routes out of the backfield when I matched him up on a S or LB. That's a mismatch the will lead to scores. Putting a LB/S on a guy with good hands and runs a 4.2 is going to be a nightmare for DC's. Plus if you drafted Hyatt that would put even more stress on the defense and really open up things for Pierce. I would run Achane 8-12 times per game and throw him the ball another 5-6 times per game and let him KR 4 times per game. He would get around 20 touches per game and I think there's a good chance he breaks 2-3 big plays per game. Achane is the fastest RB since Chris Johnson.

I’ve been going back and forth about Anderson or young for some time now

Man what a horrible outcome for the Texans. I will lose my mind on them taking Levis 1-2 and then taking a smallish slot receiver at 12 and a TE with a bad back at 33. This guy obviously knows very little about the Texans. I can see the Texans moving up slightly from 12 to Levis or Richardson or if Stroud falls like he is predicting (all the way to nine, no way)

Anyone else think there's not much separation between the top-5ish WR prospects? I think we'd be fine waiting to take whichever WR falls to #33

Lance is real high on Musgrave, te1 for him.
I like him and he has great speed for 250lb but on the little film I can find it seems after the catch the first guy always tackles him.
    I don't see a lot of elusiveness.
    Still a very good prospect.

Me though there's quite a few te's I also like (Kincaid, LaPorta, Washington, Kraft) and I'm willing to bet I can still get 1 of them at the top of the 3rd.
    Better asset management.

That or trade back from #12 and take best available. Addison, Johnston, or Smith-Njiba later in the 1st round would be excellent picks IMO.

Description for both Carter and Anderson are word for word the same. Most glaring, Anderson didn’t play for the bulldogs.

Won’t be a sexy pick and I’m not a fan of guards in first round in back to back drafts but Skoronski is legit

Think we may be overlooking the OL a bit. Tunsil and Howard are going into their final years and Tunsil will be the highest paid OL Probably worth the money IMO but Paris Johnson would be a nice contingency. If anything, we'd have top flight bookends locked up for a while.

I don't think there's any separation between the top 2-ish QBs.

Some scouts/analyst say that but many think there is a clear distinction. Eye of the beholder

I really don't like any of the WRs at #12, believe there is better value at other positions. Our 2nd is essentially equivalent as top pick in 2nd round because of MIA forfeit, I think we'll be able to select from some VERY good options at that stage, WR included.

I agree with this, I know we're desperate for a top-WR (assuming we lose Cooks), but I think 12 may even be a position we could trade down from. I think Jordan Addison and Hyatt are good replacements, but at 12 is just too high. If we stayed put, I'd have no problem drafting the highest rated defensive player on their board for Meco.
