The real problem is we didn't play Tate

Guy is our leader and best player and we are "managing" him so it isn't as apparent to the world as it is to me

This is part of meritocratic issue , namely we don't have a meritocracy.

Lmao, we absolutely have a meritocracy. The problem is that we have a meritocracy as they happen in real life, rather than as they happen in theory.

There's a reason virtually all of human progress has been built on the back of capitalism.

 

? Jalen Green is only making more money for the rockets than Josh Christopher because we pumped him up

Had we given more equal opportunity to JC last year , he may be playing even better and could be a bigger star for us

Better defender

Sengun has been underutilized especially asthma the beginning of the season . Tate is criminally underutilized too

I'd say our frontcourt is a better developmental bet than kpj and green .

Tate is the leader this team needs . But we are prioritizing losing over everything. It's not as simple as "winning isn't the main goal" .. it's actually "losing is the goal"

I've never heard of a sore ankle that keeps you out 40 games and you have to be severely limited once you come back

Speaking of which ..Tate is going against players in mid-season form and he's not am established player yet .. that's a tough situation to come back into .

He is still the steadiest player on the team .

Out of all of our players, the ones a good team would want... the list is Tate and Gordon and that's it .

Sengun is gonna be better next year. Or the year after .

Tate is too underrated and he's playing with **** around him (outside of sengun)

We are starting KMJ to pump his value and trade him hopefully ...if we really think he's better than Tate our evaluations are more fucjed that we realize .

Sengun is a good player. And he's our best bet to develop and build around for the future (over green, kpj , and Jabari so far ) But Tate is still better right now
