Wow, 3 former Rockets got named to the team! Congrats to Cuttino, Thomas, and to a lesser extent Posey ;)

I always did think Cat was underrated. He got drafted so late in the draft, and he really didn't make that much money, yet he would come out every night and give an all-star's effort. Finally he's getting the respect he deserves (and hopefully Orlando will be a good fit for him and Steve's style of play).

Turkeyglue.... don't you have to have done something (but not noticed) to be underrated???

How are Thomas and Posey underrated? Look at those salaries!

Yeah, Kenny maybe, but I don't see how Posey is underrated. He got PLENTY of media props last season after the Grizz started playing well. He was a decent role player before that season, so I don't think he really jumped up in status until sometime mid-season of 2003. Everyone took notice then, so I don't think he exactly flew in under the radar.

You know, in the context of the salaries being handed out this off-season, KT's salary doesn't look so bad.

Damn, I wish we still had him!

In the context of the salaries being handed out this off-season, nobody's salary looks so bad. To put it in perspective, Kelvin Cato's contract doesn't look so bad. Maurice Taylor's doesn't look all that bad.

But salaries don't have anything to do about being underrated. It's just an issue of respect. Kenny Thomas definitely doesn't get much. He didn't in Houston either despite all the production he gave us.

mobley is definintely underrated. i totally agree.

agreed with posey, too. yes, he got some more attention this year, but nowhere near worthy of how well he played. had he not been on my fantasy team, i'm not sure i would have understood just how well he played.
