Giddey fouled him by jumping into him and he walked away holding his side. I'm guessing he got a nasty bruise on the pelvis/hip bone. Them ***** hurt like the dickens.

They need to post more videos like this because (certain fans) don’t believe these guys are putting in work…

Look at where all his shots are coming from and he might get 1 shot a game in that area - it’s so clogged until we get a shooter .. or maybe do a mid pick and pop with Sengun

Jabari’s work ethic is the reason I’m not worried about him. If the rockets are smart they don’t think about trading Jabari or Tari. They have the right mentality to be successful. Jabari is 19

Alot of players have great work ethic. A good work ethic is useless without the talent. Doesn't Jabari have that flair or feel for the game that superstars have? Extremely doubtful.

I think Jabari has a good feel on defense. He's just pretty terrible all around on offense. If he can find his shot again he would be very useful again

People really downplay the 19 thing. He's a teenager, playing in the NBA. Expecting any kind of consistency is foolish. Most guys aren't playing in the NBA at 19.

Most guys are not shutting down Giannis at 19 yet this guy did.

    Be patient.

People also fundamentally fail to understand how all of the work between games, the range of things to focus on, and the longer/more intense system affects a rookie's legs. Jabari is playing a lot of minutes (probably too many). Expecting him to do all that and nail the longer NBA 3P range is silly. Most rookies shoot very poorly rookie year, esp if they play heavy minutes.

His former teammate Walker Kessler with 17pts, 14 rebounds, and 7 blocks in 29 mins tonight.

Jabari still has long way to go.

and Bari had a 27 point game with 12+ rebounds and multi blocks …

folks will point out someone decent game and try and compare but not when Banchro has 5-9 point games because it wouldn’t fit their narrative

Probably because the dude averages 20+ on the season and ironically shoots better than Jabari.

Jabari just needs to convert 35% from 3 from this point onwards for this season to be successful. Work in the off-season and add more bows to his string. Yes, bows to his string.

    I like Jabari.

I just like Tari even more.

All the things Jabari talks about - Tari does them. Nobody outhustles Tari.

I hope we keep them both, for a long time.

If the FO is smart they'll play whatever cards keeps these two together. Give them 2 to 3 yrs of growth.. they'll be killing it.

We shouldn't have to be patient for a guy drafted for shooting to not shoot like sh*t. He should be making his OPEN shots.

Hopefully one day Jabari scores 17 points in a game.

Eh, it's not really all that abnormal. As mentioned before, there's a lot going on, he's adjusting to the NBA, his body is still growing, he's playing in the best basketball league in the world, it's a lot to adjust to. If he was hitting his open shots he'd be one of the best rookies of all time, easily average well over 20ppg efficiently, along with his already good defense.

    He's a rookie, a 19 year old one, chill.

If you let Tari start he is going to average 16 points and 8 rebounds a game…Jabari needs to get his shot corrected
