Watched Lost Boys the other day and it got me thinking about great Vampire movies. Whatcha got? Foreign, indie, etc?
Hard to beat Lost Boys, bro. That one with Loki & Tilda Swinson is aight. Isn't there an Iranian girl one, IIRC it was aight. What We Do in Shadows OBVIOUSLY. But @tinman is the resident expert on all things Blake & dude's sucking on dudes lore.
It's kind of an obvious one, but I do think Interview with the Vampire was pretty damn good. I probably haven't seen it since I was in my teens, so I wonder how it holds up.
I can't think of many. From Dusk Till Dawn was a lot of fun though. Salem's Lot was pretty good from what I remember. More suspenseful than anything. The bad guys in Doctor Sleep were more or less vampires, albeit with a single buck tooth.
Coppola's Dracula was pretty good. The Swedish one, "Let the Right one In" or something like that, is good.
Thirty Days of Night Let the Right One In Blade (the first one) Vampire Hunter D (anime) Vampire Hunder D: Bloodlust
Y'all clowning on Twilight. But the first one is a classic. They don't make Mariners fans like that anymore. "A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night" Is a foreign creepy AF vampire movie with some American Psycho style allegory. They don't make slutty Vampire movies anymore. I'm probably one of the few fans of Bordello Of Blood.
