    If the price for Lance is truly a 3rd the Texans would be asinine not to take a flyer. Purdy’s injury changes that though

    I guess that could be interpreted that I want Jimmy to be the backup but it is not what I meant.
    Why would I want two backups?

    I'd like to get our Alex Smith before our Pat Mahomes.

    If we could add an extra 1 next year we could have 3 #1s in what could be a good qb year.

    A veteran now would help develop players like Nico so we know what we have prior to adding the guy...

    I'd consider one of the defensive monsters at 2 if trading back isn't an offer that is overwhelming.

    The 49ers have Bosa which helps them do what they do. We have no Bosa...

    Is there a chance that Shanahan gives DeMeco first crack at Lance if he is indeed on the market? Not to give him up for free but if all the offers are close. I love the idea of taking Young at 2 and having them here for years but I could get on board with a trade for Lance as long as the price is right.

    I dont know the totality of the situation but from what I heard, he either pushed or shoved her and that was it. He played in their last game.

    Now this is the time to see if Cal is REALLY changing or just talking!! In the past, they would not sign players who had ANY lingering trouble
