You can believe what you want and since we can’t see an alternate reality maybe he does get away. I highly doubt it. If he goes across Depape there is no buffer between Depape’ right hand and Pelosi’s head. He gets a better shot at Pelosi. Further Pelosi is then between Depape and the LEO which makes it harder for them to stop Depape from hitting Pelosi.

The most important part of this is we’re analyzing this from a detached position and able to look at it multiple times in slow motion. the reality might be very different

 

I don’t see the so called “cocktail”- it looks like it could easily be a glass of water but honestly hard to tell. But the video shows the intruder breaking in to the home so I don’t see how that still gets any steam whatsoever.

One played it off as just asking questions and not jumping to judgements while spreading the lies.

The other played it off as humor though the humor was based on propaganda and misinformation.

In the end they both peddled misinformation in this thread. Much of it based on devisive right wing rhetoric.
