We have not signed them up yet, we are making them. To finish them we will need a publisher to step up with the long dollar. DD
The problem is getting a publisher to fully fund them. They want the next RTS, RPG, FPS etc..etc.. And are afraid of something they don't understand. Johnny Whatever is the best game I have ever worked on, and the Japanese publishers are the only ones who are showing significant interest. DD
i saw a screenshot of sticky balls on EGM. interesting... hopefully it becomes as popular as snood or puzzle bobble. your websites load a little slow though...
What's up Dak. I can see you have been doing a few other things besides elevating your post count Those games looks good for PS2/XBOX consoles but I have to go with the publishers on the RTS for PC. One of the major advantages that PC has over the box consoles is that it is capable of vast environments with rich graphics. I like playing box console games, and I can see your games being successful on those platforms, but I hope you get back to the RTS for PC.
LeGroup, We are currently making a sequal to Conquest for the PC. These are our new IPs that we wanted to talk about. On a scale of 1-10, I think JW is a 10, and Milo an 8, and sticky balls is a good solid 7. DD
The graphics on Johnny Whatever look freaking awesome. I can imagine it being a popular Xbox game. As a former professional guitar player I tend to look at such things from an elitest point of view so I won't say much more...
those games look incredible DD! quick question, do you know when Xbox 2, Nintendo Revolution and PS3 are coming out? xbox2 december 2005?
Outlaw, Too late for one to coincide with Serenity the movie, but it is a 3 picture deal, if the first movie does well, we have the inside track to do the game on the 2nd movie. DD
It is me pre Atkins diet. The LOTR game got killed by Universal, they said that since we could not do a movie based game that the audience expected Gandalf to be Ian McKellem, and Legalos to be Orlando Bloom, and ours would be completely different so they killed the game. We are still pitching it as another RPG game called Fallen Kingdoms. DD
