I've noticed Brother John makes some pretty goofy faces when he plays and sings. He calls his face his "note squeezer" and said "If I could keep from making these faces when I sing and play, don't you think I would?"

my wife and i were talking about going to see Mayer this summer. she said, "if we go, do i have to look at his face while he plays?"
Dave Matthews? He looks like he's passing a stone. John Mayer? You bunch of fa-- er, not.... nice.... people.
Ran across this on the Net and thought some of you might be interested. Check out the ticket prices! $6.00 was an expensive seat back then. It was a great concert. "Local promoted KILT joins forces with Hendrix's own Concerts West to present The Experience's concert at Sam Houston Coliseum in Houston, Texas. With support from Fat Mattress & Chicago Transit Authority the performances were seen by an audience estimated 10,000 strong." www.jimihendrix.com
Gotta agree with Kagy. When I read this article in this morning's Chronicle, I immediately thought of SRV and that grimace. Truly the ultimate guitar face. Best guitar pose, however, goes to this fine gentleman: Also, John Mayer is a girlie-man. The Guvernator told me so.
