I know that this question has been asked before, (I even tried to answer it), but I could not find the thread. My question is: Who would have home court advantage between the Lakers and Sixers? I believe it would be the Sixers, due to their better conference record, however I ame not sure. ------------------ The Protrolls.com message boards! Protrolls.com! Lakers would have the home court because their record vs the EAST was better than the Sixers record vs the WEST. ------------------ You can put it on the BOARD.......YESSSSSSSSS! Chicago White Sox Announcer Ken Harrelson

It's too bad the Sixers sat Iverson for the last couple games of the year, because one win would have made the difference. ------------------
It makes little difference. The only good thing about the East having home court is that the Lakers would be able to complete the sweep at home instead of on the road. ------------------ Los Angeles Lakers and St. Louis Cardinals: Continuing excellence into the 21st century.
Maybe the low ratings for the previous Lakers' series will make the NBA draw this one out by possibly evening out the calls. Of course, they probably still won't let the better team win, they'll make sure the Lakers win eventually regardless. ------------------
According to a rumor that I made up, the NBA is having a meeting with the referees to sugest they make some calls against the Lakers. ------------------ Technically speaking, we're #1! ~Portland fans
