Easy for you to say though. You were not in this position. Asking someone to walk away like that(which the dude was clearly trying to after watching the video and reading the whole story) after the kid is constantly trying to harm you is asking for restraint most people would not have. I dont think its just as open and shut case of one dude is in the wrong is all I'm saying.
Absolutely easy for me to say because I’m never going to retaliate against a 12yo bully like it’s Jr High. Seriously, think about things before you act, people. Not only is it wrong but you could go to jail for assaulting a minor.
my kid would never be at the park throwing rocks at cars, cussing everyone out, and punching people terrorizing the whole community the main one who looks bad is the kid’s parents who are raising a little demonic punk the kid got a shove, he’ll be fine maybe his parents will do some actual parenting now before that punk is throwing rocks from freeway overpasses at cars driving by
You aren’t wrong about the parents. But that’s not part of the situation. This dude was wrong in so many ways. Walk away.
this is like a 1 on a scale of 5 to me…just a personal foul little demonic kid has hopefully learned his lesson, and maybe his sorry parents will finally wake up How do u have your kid running around like a Stephen King bully? These are the types of kids that end up in jail because they were never disciplined early and never learned that actions have consequences.
What if the next time he starts doing his demonic sh*t to some elderly person? He looks like the type of kid who doesn’t give a fck about anything
If the man serves any time, he should be afforded equal licks on the father(s) [and/or mother(s)]. For Balance.
My guess is that he can see some time off or termination from his park employer if the parents started feeling extra litigious about it.
Hey that kid deserved it......he learned a hard lesson that he obviously is not getting at home. https://rivercitypost.com/child-tau...-he-gets-dropped-and-the-internet-is-divided/ Full story with FULL length video for context that kid deserved it, and his parents are clearly SHITTY parents. The police came and offered to press charges against the boy, I would have.....just to teach him a lesson he isn't getting at home. DD
Wrong watch the whole video he only pushed the kid to the ground, kid learned a lesson. Maybe the kid should have respected his elders. Wrong again, after watching the video and talking to the man they offered to press charges against the little punk..... DD
If the monster kid keeps physically attacking the man or others, then at least a restraint hold is warranted until authorities come if they're coming. A good judo or jujitsu background would be helpful, but most don't have that training. If the monster's parent comes by and reacts emotionally instead of trying to be calm...it'd just be bad all the way around.
