Heard these are the top three names floating around inside the Rockets to replace Silas. I got to say , was hoping for Abdelfattah and two of these names literally have me saying "oh no!!!". Stotts and Vogel. I don't want to influence the poll voting but those two names are not striking me as aggressive or revolutionary. I'd pick udoka. Let's put aside the "slept with a owners wife" , give him a fresh start and he will definitely put kpj in his place. We can win with udoka, not sure with stotts or vogel.

I’ve really never heard the lowdown on udoka’s offenses. Are they really that bad to get him blackballed

I'd give Abdelfattah the chance. Don't have much to go by other than he did a good job with RGV and I like his demeanor on the bench. Always intently paying attention and occasionally coaching up someone during a timeout. Just not interested in the other choices. I'd definitely like to see it happen sooner than later. Yes, I'm aware of the tank. Growth and losing is the key.

JVG. Houston lifer, tells it straight, supports analytics, has shown he can work with young and unproven players when he won the 2017 AmeriCup with GLeaguers on the USA squad against much stronger opposition. I think he has turned away from a defense-only approach and deserves another shot. The real problem is whether he wants to work with this shitshow organization.

Kenny Atkinson won't leave the Warriors, Quin Snyder is waiting on the Spurs, Udoka comes with severe character question marks, everyone else is a no thank you.

Keep Lucas and Abdelfattah as assistants, others are expendable.

I posted that a few years ago. I'd love to give her a shot. Not sure she would be interested in working with Tilman though.

JVG was my favorite coach. But I don’t know if I can suffer through those 60 pts games anymore.

I'm for ABS: Anyone But Silas.

Gamblers, wife-beaters, fornicators, mobsters, murderers, arsonists, Larry Brown--I don't care. If they can coach I'm for it.

Now the question, would she see Udoka on the way to the interview room?

"want a coach with more head coaching experience"

    Silas: 2.5 years.
    Udoka: 1 year. o_O

If people want a screaming match between Ime and KPJ, please install a camera at the lockeroom.

Joe Mazzulla's Celtics has a better record currently than Ime's last year.

Going after a guy who's been suspended for a year by their own org. Do you want to restore Rockets culture or not?

Wait, no Atkinson? I'd like Atkinson a little more than these three.

Also, the guy I want most is Nurse, in the case the Raps fire him (which I think is more likely than people would think)

Hire Udoka. He knows how to get the best out of his staff.

It seems like the Rockets under Silas are doing exactly what the front office wants. I’m expecting an off-season firing when the draft status is secure.

What they should do is start over now but that would be the smart thing. I’m learning not to expect that.
